FELIPE ZAMANA is a professor and researcher specializing in creativity in education. Through his teaching and research, he bridges academic knowledge and professional practice by helping people map and navigate the complexities of their work.

With a PhD in Psychology from Université Paris Cité (Paris V – Sorbonne), Felipe works with educators, practitioners, and decision-makers seeking research-informed perspectives that change how they understand and approach their work. He collaborates with universities and international organizations, including the World Bank Group and the OECD.

He has authored several international academic publications, and his book Taking Creativity Seriously was nominated for the Jabuti Award, Brazil’s Oscar of Literature. Through his writing, Felipe challenges conventional thinking about creativity, learning, and professional practice, examining the processes underlying knowledge-building and how participatory dynamics connect individuals and shape creative ecosystems.
