FELIPE ZAMANA is an educator, author, speaker, and researcher working at the intersection of higher education and the workplace. He holds a PhD in Psychology from Université Paris Cité (Paris V – Sorbonne).

His work focuses on creativity in education, bridging academic knowledge and professional practice. Through this work, he supports students, educators, knowledge workers, and decision-makers in applying creativity research to real-world challenges.

He designs and delivers lectures, courses, and workshops focused on teacher training and professional learning, collaborating with universities, companies, and international organizations, including the World Bank Group and the OECD.

Drawing on complex systems theories, his research examines the creative processes underlying knowledge-building, with particular attention to how participatory dynamics connect individuals and shape creative ecosystems.

He is the author of several international academic publications, and his book Taking Creativity Seriously was nominated for the Jabuti Award, Brazil’s Oscar of Literature.

Through his writing, he explores ideas that challenge conventional thinking and invites professionals to reflect more critically on the broader implications of their work.
